TB Skin Test drop-in clinic – Monday July 18, 4:00-6:00 pm

We are having a TB Skin Test drop-in clinic on Monday, July 18 at 4:00 – 6:00 pm.

Please check in at the front cashier when you arrive.  Remember to bring any paperwork, that is required by your employer or school, for proof of vaccination and TB Skin Testing.

It will speed up the process if you complete the following intake form before you arrive: TravelSafe Clinic CLIENT INTAKE FORM 2 

You will need to return for your TB Skin Test read 48-72 hours after your TB Skin Test.  This will be arranged when we see you for your TB Skin Test.

TB Skin Test and Read only – $45.00

TB Skin Test, TB Read and school/work consultation and MSP vaccine administration – $65.00

We accept VISA, MC, Debit and Cash.
