Consultations 

• A desktop or a laptop computer.
• Ensure Chrome or Firefox is the default internet browser and that you are using the latest version.
• Ensure your computer has a camera, microphone and speakers.
• Stable Wi-Fi connection.

• At the time of your appointment, you will receive an email that will provide you a link to access the video appointment with your practitioner.

• Call 604-251-1975 to book another appointment.  (There will be a cancellation fee if we are not notified 24h before your appointment).

• We will send a Client Intake Form attached to your confirmation email.
• We ask you complete page 1 in advance of your appointment:

      Scan/complete the form and email it to info@travelsafeclinic.ca 

      Subject: video consult 

• One traveller – 20-30 mins.
• Two travellers – 30 mins.
• Families – 45 mins.

• Privacy is important. We provide video consultations in a private setting.  We recommend you are in a quiet and private area for your appointment.

• No, the consultation will not be recorded.  The Canadian video platform we use is secure and hosted within Canada.

• No.  You will need to ensure Chrome or Firefox is the default internet browser on your desk/laptop.  We will send you a link.

• The video consultation is the same price as a face-to-face consultation.

• Yes.  You will receive the same information as a face-to-face consultation.  The only difference is you are in the convenient private setting of your own home or office. 

• We recommend one person or two people on the same itinerary. It is ideal for parent(s) seeking a consultation for themselves and on behalf of their children.

• We suggest you review our vaccine price list before your appointment.
